For Samuel, the CycleBar Experience is about two things: Empowerment and Healing… Music can say things that we sometimes cannot. When you gather and move in sync with a community of like-minded people, something truly special happens. Samuel’s thoughtful and intentional coaching creates an environment that promotes grit and growth. He sprinkles just enough fun in with intoxicating, spicy choreography and playlists full of throwbacks, epic heavy instrumentals, and the freshest finds.
