Caroline combines her childhood passion for dance with her love for fitness during every ride at CycleBar West Chester. A dedicated rider at CBWC since 2022, she began instructing in August of 2023 and quickly became known for her dynamic energy and creative flair. Caroline loves curating diverse playlists that range from classic hits to forgotten favorites, ensuring every class is as fun as it is challenging. When she's not leading a high-energy ride, Caroline enjoys spending time with her beloved Doberman mix, bringing her dog mom energy to all aspects of life. Whether it's a Classic Ride filled with choreography or an Empower Ride packed with intervals, Caroline's unique approach combines rhythm, fun, and motivation, ensuring each class is an energizing and unforgettable experience for her riders.
