Veronica
Veronica was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA and was a competitive gymnast from ages 8-18. She attended East Carolina University and her roommate helped her get into personal fitness outside of a sports environment. After graduating and moving away from her workout buddy she knew she needed to find a community elsewhere. She first attended CycleBar in September of 2022 and after the first class knew that she would keep coming back. She loves the people and how upbeat the workout is. Music has always been a big part of her life and the opportunity to instruct with her own playlists is something she is thrilled about. Outside of cycling Veronica works as a financial analyst. As an instructor, Veronica hopes everyone that rides with her gets a great workout, has fun, and feels confident in themselves.
