Dakota
Dakota grew up as a multisport athlete and loves nothing more than being a part of a team. After moving to North Carolina in 2021, she immediately knew she had found new teammates in the community at CycleBar West Cary. She felt connected, inspired, and supported to become both physically and mentally stronger. As an instructor Dakota hopes to continue that ripple effect by creating an inclusive, fun, and empowering space. In the studio, you can expect lots of hip-hop, remixes, and any songs that really make you feel. Outside of Cyclebar Dakota works full-time as a nurse and loves being there for others. Her goal is for riders to leave believing in themselves and knowing they have a new teammate in their corner who believes in them too!
