Abbey
Abbey grew up in Wilmington, NC and was a competitive swimmer from the age of 4 to 18. In college she participated in club swimming and other intramural sports at NC State. After graduating from college, she found herself missing the community that group fitness brought her. In Fall of 2022 Abbey attended her first class at CycleBar and never looked back. She loves the fun and inspiring atmosphere that CycleBar never fails to deliver. You can expect a wide variety of music in Abbey’s classes. She loves a good beat and anything hip-hop, pop or EDM related. Outside of cycling, Abbey works as a Civil Engineer designing potable water and wastewater systems. As an instructor, she hopes to deliver the same sense of community and belonging that brought her to CycleBar.
