Glenn was 100-lbs overweight, and searching for a low impact exercise that wouldn’t stress his joints. He found indoor cycling, and fell in love with it after the first ride. The most impactful thing that Glenn took away from losing weight wasn’t the actual weight loss itself. It was discovering who he was in the process, and more importantly, who he was not. When you ride with Glenn, he hopes to lead you on your own journey of self discovery by being authentic, in the moment, and ready for the experience of a lifetime!
