Alex hails from the great city of Dallas, but fell in love with the city during a semester of internship work in the heart of the Nation's Capital. After riding with the NoMa studio for several months while in the city, he fell in love with the engaging community, the world-class instructors, and energizing beats. When Alex returned to Texas, he auditioned to become an instructor with CycleBar and taught in Dallas for several months. Alex dreamt of moving back to the bustling city, and after graduating from college he did just that. As an elementary school teacher in the heart of the DMV region, he knows that exercise on a bike is the best way to stomp out a days worth of stress and worries.
