Amanda Williams
Amanda always led an active lifestyle, though she struggled to exercise consistently for years amidst the rigors of medical training. All that changed when she discovered rhythm-based cycling – the music, lights, high-energy atmosphere, and most importantly, the community, reignited her love for fitness, and she’s been a die-hard spin devotee ever since! Killer beat drops and perfectly timed choreography helped Amanda find presence, connection, and joy in the moment. Truthfully, Amanda never imagined herself on the podium, but her love for indoor cycling helped her see beyond the limits she had set for herself. Spin has helped her grow both physically and mentally, and she is passionate about sharing this enriching experience with others. Amanda is currently a practicing psychiatrist and truly enjoys helping others on the journey towards empowerment, fulfillment, and self-discovery, both in clinic and on the bike. Amanda wants you to walk out of her class feeling the way she did when she first realized her love for rhythm-based cycling – strong, inspired, a teeny bit sad when it’s over, and always ready for more!
