Sophia

Sophia grew up in Northeast Ohio and is here in Columbus for grad school at OSU (Go Bucks!) Shortly after moving to Columbus, Sophia began riding here at CycleBar UA as a member, and the studio instantly turned into her home away from home. Growing up as an athlete, the welcoming team-based atmosphere was the breath of fresh air she needed to get back into her love of fitness and pushing herself. Sophia fell in love with our amazing community and felt a passion for the whole experience, so much so that she began working as a CBX! Now, as an instructor, Sophia brings positivity, encouragement, and, most importantly, reminds riders to not take themselves too seriously! Sophia’s passion for riding is as vibrant as ever, so you can catch her both on the podium and riding next to you!
