Liv considers her hometown to be Oregon, but has lived all over the place from New Jersey, Texas, and now making her home in California. Out of all the places she’s lived in, her one constant family has been Cyclebar! Liv has taught at Cyclebar for 8+ years and loves pushing her riders to become the best versions of themselves by creating a safe space to grow and cultivate community. Liv loves to integrate connection beyond just a physical workout through powerful messaging and rhythm based bangers.
