Liv Shin is from Oregon but has lived all over the place from New Jersey, Texas, and now California. Out of all the places she’s lived in, one home has stayed constant - Cyclebar! Liv has taught at Cyclebar for almost eight years and loves pushing her riders to become the best versions of themselves by creating a safe space to grow and build community. Liv loves to integrate connection beyond just a physical workout through powerful messaging and rhythm based bangers…it’s not a Liv class without some “Swifty” wisdom, of course!
