Allyson

Allyson Lynch is a California girl through and through. She was born and raised in Sacramento where she competed in marathons, triathlons, tough mudders all while studying at Sacramento State University. After graduating with her Bachelor's in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Administration (Yes, this is a real major!) Allyson moved to Southern California where she followed her passion of becoming a yoga instructor. During her time in Los Angeles she has taught yoga on land, sea and at various festivals like Wanderlust in Lake Tahoe and The Mammoth Yoga Festival for the last 6 years. Her passion for fitness expanded when Allyson moved to Redondo Beach in 2019 and became a Kickboxing instructor for 3 years! Allyson loves to create spaces for others to feel strong, confident and happy in their own skin. Allyson found Cyclebar when she first moved to Southern California, CycleBar gave her a community and a place to belong. Her classes are energizing where riders will be challenged and feel that endorphin boost! She plays all types of music, you'll definitely hear some nostalgic throwback jams, remix hits and even a little country. Fun facts about Allyson: She has two golden retrievers Bonnie and Bella, and she can do headstands and various yoga poses while balancing on a paddle board on the ocean.
