Vlada

Born in Russia, Vlada has grown up in Tallahassee since she was two. Growing up as a competitive gymnast and dancer, she fell in love with movement. She received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from FSU then went to Medical School. Vlada's greatest pride and joy is her family - her husband and two daughters.
