Sam
Sam is originally from New York and has been out in Colorado for a few years now; loving every bit of life. She is a long time dancer and basketball player, but after her knee injury, got back into cycling and eventually found her love for the CycleBar community! You can expect a lot of choreography in her classes and feeling like you left it all on the bike when leaving the studio. CycleBar has given her so much confidence and joy, she just wants to give that back to people with a fun workout!
