LaTaisha is a proud millennial who settled in Jacksonville, FL over 20 years ago. She discovered the exhilarating world of indoor cycling as a founding member of CycleBar Riverside. Inspired by the energy and camaraderie of the studio, LaTaisha quickly became a passionate instructor, sharing their love of cycling with others. In her classes, the goal is to have you get so lost in the music you don't even realize you're sweating! Off the podium, LaTaisha can be found supervising the work of financial advisors at Merrill Lynch. She's married with 2 children who consistently keep her on her toes.
