Josh

Josh or "Swain" as he is known by, is originally from the north Florida area and after some time away up north, now calls Jacksonville, FL his home. Josh has been a member of Cyclebar Riverside since its opening and made the switch to the podium side summertime 2024. In his classes, you will hear an eclectic array of music containing pop, Y2K, hip-hop, throwbacks, and of course, country. His favorite class to teach is Performance (because who doesn't love a heavy gear hill climb with a lever) and his favorite class to take is Connect because it's all about dancing to the music and being a BACKROW BADDIE! While not on the podium, Josh is a Learning & Development Manager specializing in Leadership Development for a global recruiting and staffing enterprise and is often found playing recreational sports, running a 5k or half-marathon, or trying the next best restaurant in the area.
