Chris

Chris has been teaching group fitness for over 35 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UCLA and began his career as an exercise physiologist, where he developed his love for group exercise. Over the years, he has work as a program director for various group exercise facilities and has taught many different formats but his current passion is indoor (and outdoor) cycling. Chris became a registered nurse in 2003 but has continued to teach cycling for the pure love of it. He creates a welcoming environment for everyone. His philosophy is that, first and foremost, fitness should be fun. This is reflected in is upbeat playlists and love for disco and pop music. Follow Chris on Instagram: @christate.cbrm
