Rachel “Rae” started her spin journey in 2021 and has built a love for it ever since. After playing softball for 17 years and playing D1 at Long Beach State University, she knew she had found her new team & community. Rae loves to play a wide variety of music in her classes that are powerful, energizing, and dynamic. Her high-energy coaching will make you walk out of the studio feeling inspired and stronger than you came in. Her goal with her team is to allow everyone to challenge themselves by stepping outside of their comfort zones with confidence. Outside of CycleBar, Rae works in Marketing for Corporate of Monster Energy.
