Rachel has been an instructor with Cyclebar since 2021. When taking her class, you’ll hear a little bit of every type of music, but her faves are Hip-Hop and EDM. Rachel loves to exercise! She enjoys weight-lifting, but of course, her all time favorite way to push herself is through indoor cycling. She loves how indoor cycling can push you to be strong and powerful, and then feel like you’re dancing all at the same time. Outside of the studio, she loves going to the beach, picnics with her husband, and snuggling with her dogs while binge-watching reality TV.
