Alexis’s mission as a CycleBar instructor is to create an inviting, empowering space where riders feel motivated to push their limits and achieve new goals. In her class, you can expect a fun, high-energy experience with energized music, intense intervals, and exercises that will build your strength and endurance. While Alexis’s music selection includes a variety of genres, when you take her class you’ll experience her love for hip-hop (and maybe a Taylor Swift song here and there). Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, her goal is to help you feel accomplished and invigorated by the end of each ride. Outside of CycleBar, she works as a senior insights associate for a market research company and training for the occasional half-marathon.
