Josh

Josh began teaching group exercise in 2017 and has always had a passion for community. He has taught all types of classes: cardio, dance, strength/interval training, and yoga, but his beginnings with step aerobics kickstarted his love of rhythm-based movement. Josh moved from Virginia to Columbus in 2020 to complete his master's degree at Ohio State and found CycleBar in his second year of school; he took one class and quickly realized that CycleBar was going to be a huge part of his life. Josh is passionate about movement that makes you feel like your best self and classes that are inspiring, high-energy, and always "just what I needed."
