Kristy

Kristy starting riding back in January 2018 at CB Fritz Farm in Lexington. She was immediately hooked on riding and quickly become one of CycleBar’s greatest cheerleaders. In 2022, at age 44 she became an instructor at Patchen Square. When she’s not at CycleBar, Kristy is a busy wife, mom to four, business owner and volunteer. Her favorite thing about CycleBar is the friendships that are made on and off the bikes, taking celebratory photos … and of course, the arm song!
