Sarah is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, former dancer, and University of Michigan alum (Go Blue!) When an injury sidelined her dancer career, she fell in love with the intense intervals and the dance party vibes at CycleBar. Aside from pushing you to be your happiest and strongest self on and off of the bike, she loves putting together playlists that are jam-worthy and motivating.
