Hey Hey, My name is Brooke and I’m an Arizona native, born and & raised!!! I’m a mother of three amazing boys and I Iove being a coach! When you come to my class you can expect all types of music with a lot of energy. It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness level; when you walk into the room you will feel the amazing support system in a judgment free zone!
