About me: I grew up in a small town riding four wheelers and snowmobiles in New York. Everyone asks “why Arizona” and of course my answer is the most cliche of them all…… the sunshine. I have one fur baby who is an English cream retriever and I work full time as an Occupational Therapist. My love for spin actually came from my mother who rides in New York 2-3 times per week. When I’m not at the studio, I’m drinking coffee, or texting friends to convince them to travel to a new place with me.
