My name is Brenden Rosenthal. I am a Phoenix, Arizona native and an Arizona State University Graduate. In my spare time I enjoy music festivals and being cat dad. I worked front desk as a CBX back in 2019, which brought me into the fitness industry. I have loved cycling and instructing ever since! My passion for fitness and connecting with people is my motivation!
