Chrissy
Coming from a field hockey and lacrosse background, Chrissy tried her first spin class 15 years ago and has never looked back! With the encouragement of friends who were fellow spinners, several years ago she became certified to teach indoor cycling. Chrissy decided it was time not to sit on the sidelines anymore. When Cyclebar Maynard opened its doors, she took a leap of faith and found her way to the Podium. She loves putting together eclectic playlists filled with a variety of genres. You'll always find a good remix in her ride. She hopes new riders discover that it's never too late to try something new and hopes to inspire riders to challenge their limits, take time for themselves and have fun in and out of the spin studio! When she's not on the bike, you can find Chrissy enjoying time with her friends, husband, three active sons, and dog Rocky.
