Alysha

Alysha, born and raised in Maynard, tried her first CycleBar class when CycleBar Maynard opened in January 2022. In her professional life, she works with young adults who are pursuing their academic and career goals through a workforce development program. Through this work, Alysha finds passion in motivating others to reach their goals so she wanted to bring that same passion into becoming a CycleBar instructor. Alysha is ready to motivate, empower, and inspire all riders to feel valued, challenged, and energized through riding. In her spare time, Alysha spends time with her husband, family, and friends.
