Amanda is passionate about cycling and knew she wanted to be a CycleBar instructor the moment she walked in the studio. Amanda fell in love with indoor cycling when she realized how free and fun she felt on the bike. She has a love for all genres of music including Soca, Pop, and Hip Hop as all these genres have a great common denominator: high beats and good energy to get through the ride as a family!
