Carissa is a Jersey Girl born and raised, she has been a Hoboken local for the past 5 years. She fell in love with CycleBar when she took her first class 2 years ago. She is a true believer in everybody belongs on a bike, her classes have something in them for everyone. Indoor cycling became a fun and empowering way to keep her body moving and mind clear. Her classes consist of music that will get your heart racing, booty shaking and motivate you to rock your ride! Off the bike Carissa loves watching college basketball (especially UConn) going to brunch and spending time with friends and family.
