Her love for athletics runs deep — Years of basketball and a stint in the WWE have shaped her into the fitness instructor she is today and she is passionate about helping people on their fitness journey. Jaylen infuses her classes with high-energy beats, from classic hip hop and soulful R&B to heavy metal anthems. But there is not a genre of music she doesn’t like and she has the vinyl record collection to prove it!
