Regan fell in love with spin 10+ years ago as a rider and became an instructor at CycleBar in college. After moving to NYC, she joined the CYNYC team because she loves the CycleBar experience and was excited to find community here. In her ride you can count on a mix of pop, hip-hop and EDM/remixes. Her goal is to leave you feeling challenged, accomplished and having fun! When not at CycleBar you can find her at her full-time job in consulting, eating around NYC or traveling.
