Emily walked in to her fist CycleBar class back in 2019 and instantly fell in love with the community and support she felt. Just a few short months later she became a CBX with the dream of one day being up on that podium. After months of long nights in training she officially became a CycleBar Instructor! Little did she know thats just where her journey began ... here she is a few years later getting the absolute privilege to inspire, build friendships, and share a safe space with anybody who takes a class of hers.
