Arden
Born and raised in Colorado, Arden fell in love with CycleBar immediately after her first class. Arden's classes will use the music to drive you to take on your fitness goals with newfound energy as well as take you on a journey through musical eras and genres. Arden hopes to provide each rider with a sense of community, along with a challenging, yet fulfilling experience allowing the rider to leave inspired, loved and empowered.
