Ashleigh has been a CycleBar Instructor for 5 years and has loved every second! She grew up an athlete and always knew teaching fitness was her passion. After a career in special education, Ashleigh decided fitness and cycling was where her heart is truly at. She loves riding to the rhythm and getting her body moving! When she's not at CycleBar, you can find Ashleigh with her 4 kids, hubby, or at the gym!
