Lauren fell in love with CycleBar in Des Moines, IA during her first year of post-grad while working for a Big 4 audit firm. She moved back home to be closer to family and is so excited to be part of the CycleBar community in STL! As a CPA/DJ, she loves to coach and program, tapping into her creative side while sharing her love of music.
