Sarah’s love for cycling started long ago after a career ending injury put a halt to running.  She immediately fell in love with cycling – the loud music, the uplifting community, and the mental/physical challenge was the perfect combination.  Five years ago, she finally took the chance and auditioned to become an instructor.  She now takes what she loved for so many years as a rider and delivers an experience she always enjoyed from a different perspective.  She is a firm believer in moving your body to improve mental health.  Sarah’s class is big energy, big beats, and she will push you in a fun-loving way because she knows you CAN DO IT!
