Never participating in group fitness, Regan accepted a part time job at a cycling studio in college and immediately was hooked. She became a frequent rider and finally, an instructor at CBCP after moving to the DMV. In Regan’s classes, you can expect a wide variety of music (usually 2000s throwbacks or pop punk), high energy and most importantly, encouragement to push yourself to new heights. She loves a good heavy hill that’ll leave you feeling stronger than before and fun choreography.
