Sam is a New York native who got her start in fitness as an undergrad on Duke’s campus. It was through spin that she discovered how GOOD her mind and body were created to feel—and it’s her mission to help you experience the same. With a background in yoga and passion for storytelling, Sam’s style incorporates music across genres (with a special appreciation for Drake) to help you express your inner athlete and experience something new with every ride.
