Connor
Connor's cycling journey began back at Florida State's Campus Rec in 2018 when she took a class and was hooked. She knew quickly that becoming an instructor was something she was meant to do. Connor was a part of the founding team and began teaching at CBCH in May 2023. She is a pharmacy student in the PharmD program at UNC and CycleBar became the place she went to that challenged her physically and mentally, when she needed an outlet to unwind. Her classes will make you feel warm and welcome. Don't let the smile fool you though, her class will challenge you every step of the way.
