Barbara

Barbara's fitness journey started over 20 years ago, as a dancer. Later on in life she moved into team sports, such as volleyball, softball, and rugby. Post-college, in a search for a way to keep up her fitness and find camaraderie, community, and really good music, she found indoor cycling and instantly fell in love. Taking on the role of instructor allows her to find motivation through movement, and express her passion for group fitness. Every class, she is inspired and energized.
