A former dancer, Jill started her fitness journey with Zumba, cardio kickboxing and running. She quickly added indoor cycling and Yoga Sculpt to her routine and eventually became an instructor for these formats, ultimately finding her TRUE passion at CycleBar! Combining her love for fitness and music, the 45-minute CycleBar ride is, without a doubt, Jill’s HAPPY PLACE… and she aspires to make it yours too! She wants her riders to work hard and have fun. The sweat of a challenging workout, upbeat tunes to groove to, and inspiring words to motivate you… NOTHING is better than this, and Jill invites you to experience ALL OF IT in her class!
