Minami

Minami became an indoor cycling enthusiast the moment she first clipped into a bike in 2019. Through cycling she has found the strength to train and compete in other endurance disciplines, including her first 70.3 Ironman in 2024. She hopes to inspire her classes to discover their own strength and power and have fun while doing it. Expect her classes to be filled with heavy gear and a wide variety of music.
