Alyssa

Knoxville has always been home to Alyssa and she is so happy to be back in this special place! Following graduation at Tennessee, she spent a few years in Austin, TX, where she began her professional career and continued to grow her love for fitness. As an instructor, Alyssa hopes that by spending some time in class with her, you feel inspired; that you come as you are and challenge yourself to find the best version of you. She is incredibly grateful to Bearden for sparking her love for it all and she's excited to give back to the community that gave her so much! Ready to have some fun, get silly and chase growth together!
