Hi Cyclebar family! My name is Ania, founder of Tikva Roots. A purpose driven clothing brand that shines light on mental health stories. From October 7th leading up to World Mental Health Day on October 10th, I will be taking over Cyclebar's Instagram stories to talk about the good stuff, like how we can have a better relationship with ourselves so we can have better relationships with others.
