You don’t want to ride on an empty tank, so we recommend that you hydrate with plenty of water and a light snack.
Step 2: Sign In
Before your first ride, you need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent in person.
Step 3: Gear Up
Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride, so we can give you a tour of the studio and introduce to your instructor.
Step 4: Jump On
Our team will help to outfit you with shoes, and adjust your bike. Water-check! Towel-check! You’re ready to rock your ride!
Step 5: Get Moving
Follow your instructor's lead and let the music carry you through the ride. We never judge and it’s ok to sit when you feel like doing so.
Step 6: Keep Track
After your ride we’ll send you an email with your performance stats and of course, the playlist to keep you rocking your day!
