Jhawk experienced her first Cyclebar ride in 2019. She was immediately hooked! The magic she feels riding to the beat along with the motivating energy in the room, had her take the leap to becoming an instructor herself. It’s now her mission to share that magic through all genres of music, whether dancing it out on the bike or getting that speed in the saddle! Riding inside, helps fuel her passion for riding outdoors where you can find her on the road or gravel trails. Wife, mother to three and her recent discovery for a love of cats, leads to sharing stories during her rides reminding us: Life is busy, prioritizing self-care allows to live out the best version of YOU!
