Amy’s love for fitness started 15 years ago and specifically spinning after she first clipped into a bike! Cyclebar was a favorite right away! By day, Amy is a hairstylist and by night she is a dog mom to her wonderful pups Bulleit and Penny. Amy likes to include all possible genres in her class to mix it up and loves a good remix or cover song! Amy loves lots of choreography to make it fun AND challenging! She can’t wait to see you at CBOF!
